Accountability Partners
How to run your weekly check-ins, questions to explore together, and the principles of a strong pairing.
High performance rarely happens in isolation
Your partnership
Throughout the Lab, you'll be paired with an Accountability Partner, someone to help you maintain momentum, deepen your reflections, and translate insights into consistent action. We'll confirm your Accountability Partner during Week 1. Note: you must have completed the in-take survey to be paired with a partner.
This isn't about coaching each other or having all the answers. It's about creating a trusted space to reflect, challenge assumptions, and stay committed to the process over the 30 days.
How to make the most of it
We recommend connecting once or twice each week via WhatsApp, phone, or a short video call. Use your conversations to:
- Share what you're noticing in your data and daily experience.
- Discuss which protocols you're experimenting with and what's changing.
- Help each other identify patterns, blind spots, or opportunities for growth.
- Celebrate progress and acknowledge challenges.
- Encourage consistency with the daily practices and wearable data collection.
- Hold each other accountable to the commitments you've made.
Questions to explore together
- 01What's been your biggest insight this week?
- 02What patterns are emerging in your data or behaviour?
- 03Where have you responded differently under pressure?
- 04What's one commitment you'll make before our next check-in?
- 05What support or perspective would be most valuable right now?
