   Set up your IN TRUTH dashboards

   You will be added to 1) a Group dashboard that all members of the lab join 2) your own private dashboard to view your own data. We will walk you through how to add yourself to the team dashboard in your onboarding session and you will receive an email inviting you to set up your own private dashboard. This guide will walk you through how to set up your own dashboard once you have received the email invite. Dashboard guideNote: If you have had access to a dashboard in the past, your access will be renewed and you can simply log in to your existing dashboard.

   Connect your Garmin watch to the IN TRUTH app

   Search "intruth" on the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. App setup guide

3. 03

   Install Garmin Connect and learn the metrics

   Familiarise yourself with Health & Performance: Sleep, Heart Rate, Stress.

4. 04

   Learn about the Emotion Score and Metrics

   Read through the science of how we calculate your emotion score. Emotion Score Explainer

• Complete your intake form 48 hours before your first session. Allow 10 minutes.
• Read Nicole Gibson's Autonomic Nervous System Protocols (in the classroom section of the Skool Alumni) and consider which protocols you'd like to test over the 30 days. She'll go through this in more depth in Session 1.
• Add all call times to your diary (you'll have been invited via email).
• Join and introduce yourself in the WhatsApp group. Use it for quick Qs and announcements.
• Join the Alumni Skool community where all content is hosted. Use it to share bigger data Qs.
